Pan Tattooby ~Konayashi

Originally this drawing was more focused on the tattoo design, but then I decided to go through with coloring it since I rarely get to that point.

Based on *PoorSouls-stock's photo.

Commentary from various stages:

On tattoo design: Panima doesn’t have a tattoo on her back, so I guess maybe she got some henna done? Really I just wanted to a design I figure out as I go. It was supposed to be more henna-style, but then I slipped into my own style. Oops.

I kept a bit too strictly the shape and packed the design a little too tight, I think. May redo later, or just draw something different.

Inspired by vestien's recent doodle.

On coloring: Decided to work on last night's illustration a bit more. I don’t usually get done with lineart quickly enough (read: before I think it’s overworked already) to color/paint it.

Panima's skin is a bit darker than it usually looks in this one just because this is the more realistic tone. She's darker than the other characters that have appeared so far.

The hands need work, but like the last parts of the tattoo, I got a little impatient to get them done.
